Scanning your existing competitors
The first point to determine is that which all are your existing competitors, a very clear and short cut way is to just list down all of them in one place, if in this case there are many then take the best five ones to be precise and short. This analysis should be very specific and relevant one for example a small online retail business shouldn’t be compared to large online retail portals or commerce centers.
